1. General information
I hereby certify having read the terms and conditions of Sunanta Sawangsri
Partnership Limited, the operating company.

2. The storage of user-related data
The following information will be stored for internal purposes:
A) All user-related data and all information entered by the user
B) IP addresses in connection with the period and type of use
C) Payment method (concerning PRO-accounts - for explanations, look below )
By registering on this page, the user accepts that his specifications will be stored for internal purposes and can be used, if inquired.

3. Rights of use
All accounts in Sports-Manager are the ownership of Sunanta Sawangsri
Partnership Limited. There is no right to play this game. Sunanta Sawangsri
Partnership Limited is allowed to edit your profile data in certain cases. If it is necessary, Sunanta Sawangsri
Partnership Limited can also delete all your account information. This is very important especially with regard to offenses against applicable law, copyright and/or right of publicity.

4. Disclaimer
Sunanta Sawangsri
Partnership Limited and Sports-Manager assume no liability for the user’s specifications and have no influence over contents of other internet sites which are either directly or indirectly referred to on this site (links). If necessary, the user absolves Sunanta Sawangsri
Partnership Limited and Sports-Manager from third party liability. The user is in charge on his own. In case of criminal prosecution, Sunanta Sawangsri
Partnership Limited provides the competent agency with all known information.

5. Graphical presentation and indignities
Representations including one of the following apects are interdicted:
A) Pornographic content
B) Content which glorifies violence
C) With a political or religious background
D) And/or X-rated words or utterances

6. Jurisdiction
The place of fulfillment and court of jurisdiction of the firm Sunanta Sawangsri
Partnership Limited is located in Thailand. All litigation will be handled there.

7. Severability clause
If a provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect:

1. the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this Agreement; or

2. the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of this Agreement.




Special stiputations according to the General Terms and Conditions
1. Accounts and user profiles
Each user obligates himself to give true personal specifications.

2. Multiaccounts
Each gamer is entitled to possess one account per country. Additionally, each gamer can only have one free account (without PRO-Account-days). If he has more than one free-account, this is called "Multi-Accounting" and ALL his accounts will be deleted.

3. Lettering and symbols
In connection with the legal foundation of the particular football/soccer association using names of associations, names of football players and emblems is not allowed.
This article applies to all associations and football players.
In case of contempt the user is liable to the full extent.

4. Disposal of Pro Accounts
If a user resigns from the game, he has no claim for a refund of his investments.

5. System failure
Sunanta Sawangsri
Partnership Limited does not underwrite system failure or other problems concerning availability(reachability).
The fault is in no way cased by Sunanta Sawangsri
Partnership Limited.

6. Consequences in case of contempt of the General Terms and Conditions and its additions
If there should be an infringement of the points named above the user has to anticipate the temporary or lasting blocking of the user profile and associated accounts.
In case of contempt of the third paragraph the user compensates for the whole incoming fine.
It is also possible that the fine is taken from the account via bank collection.

7. Modification(Rearrangement) of the General Terms and Conditions
Sunanta Sawangsri
Partnership Limited can change the General Terms and Conditions at any time.
Each account is informed via message.
If there are no objections the changes will be accepted.
